My fiance and I had an AMAZING experience with Bob and the ladies in the store. I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough...

The first precious jewelry ever given to me was my engagement/wedding band from Stonebergers. I absolutely love it, but the prong snapped and I lost my diamond somewhere between my mom's chemo appointment and home. I got my rings resized at Stonebergers. They were wonderful! I brought them in Saturday, and they were ready on Tuesday. When I picked them up, they were still too big, which was entirely my fault. They sized them to the size I requested, but I misjudged the size I would need. I brought them back on Thursday to be sized down again, and they were ready Friday afternoon! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quick. Not to mention, my vintage rings are so shiny now!
