This facility lives up to its 1.9 star rating had a appointment for pick up between 2-4 pm on 6-4-25 arrived at 3:30 pm guard at the gate was a sweetheart however once you park and walk into door 52 for the shipping department to check yeah that’s why I’m giving a 1 star. The Jamaican girl literally had 9 of us drivers stand at her window in line for nearly 2 hrs before acknowledging that she had drivers trying to check in. She was busy doing paperwork if they are that swamped they need to hire more people to do paperwork so that drivers aren’t burning up precious minutes dry standing in a line hoping that the shipping clerk will eventually check you in . They have a bathroom and vending machines. Once you are assigned a dock door slide tandems open doors back trailer in to assigned dock drop the trailer and park in the bobtail section til they call you. Among my worst encounters ever... Very sluggish... a nasty location

I was reading reviews before I went for pickup ( Every unfavorable review is accurate!)

I waited to sign in for twenty minutes in front of the window at the shipping office. They really act as though they are blind to your presence. They say they go by appointment ( that also they don’t follow) Fill up the driver and load information form.

Then they will call you and assign you dock and will tell you to drop trailer and tandem all the way back. Once done they will call you back to office and give you paperwork and then you can go hand hook up.

After 9 hours, I grabbed my trailer and headed out of shipper!

So I came this morning July 6th to pick up a load going to Lakeland, FL. I've been here over 2 hours and watched other trucks come and go while I'm still siting on the dock. So I decided to come in and ask what's the hold up with said load. Not only did a regular employee say call my dispatch but it was also the manager. I quote "call your dispatch to find out what's going on with the load. We're not at liberty to divulge anymore information about your load.
