Full disclosure, I never would have chosen a non local company, but I bought my countertops through Lowes, which was my first mistake. This company is their supplier and installer. We chose a solid surface countertop which was beautiful when installed in Feb of 2017. By that spring, the countertops began to severely warp. I called lowes and long story short, this company eventually traveled several hours to come out and diagnose the issue. They determined that the brackets on our cabinets were not strong enough to hold the counters... apparently solid surface counters are prone to warp in humidity. I did not know this... they assured me that they would make a trip back with new brackets... I never heard from them again. I had a baby and life got busy, winter came and the counters unwarped.. fast forward to this spring and the same thing happened again! Called the company, same guys came out again with no memory of having been here.. no brackets to fix the issue... completely embarrassing on their part. Assured me that they would be back within the month to finally finish this... well, it’s now October 2018 and not only have they not been back, they ignore my repeated phone calls and voicemails. My kitchen is embarrassing and frustrating to look at. This has been a terrible experience. If they aren’t willing to fulfill their contract jobs, then they shouldn’t...

One star is too many! It took them eight weeks from time of measuring to install and that was only because my husband called to remind them they had our money but we had no countertop. They sent two guys the first time they came out to install the counters and they couldn’t even pick up the counter to put it on top of the cabinets. I had to help them lift it and then it didn’t fit. Then, I had to help them get it out of the house. This left me without a sink and water in my kitchen. There were two other pieces they were cut wrong. They supposedly did a laser measurement of my kitchen but clearly something went seriously wrong. Marty failed to return multiple phone calls and it took over a week for them to come back to put in the properly made pieces and that most likely would not have happened if my husband didn’t constantly call. The girls that work here were wonderful. They were so helpful I don't know what to say it was such a different experience than Lowe's. I like to that they let me know that all the colors in patterns are shifting away from Greys andwhites too much warmer tones in the kitchen. This way I will wait two or three months before making a decision when I looked online all the sources online agreed everything is getting away from the cold Barren bathrooms and kitchens. And back to the warmer tones of 30 years ago right down to colored bathroom fixtures and I'm talking toilets and sinks and tubs in colors...
