Canteen — Local services in Omaha

My son was hit by a driver on 09/25/2020 The driver ran stop sign totaled his car my son ended up in emergency that night it's now 09/29/2020 no one from insurance called to help us! I called 5 times they said Canteen has not reported this accident. The supervisor was very nice so I kept waiting for someone to reach us I asked for proof he reported it and the driver be tested he told me they cant send me proof now our lawyers will take over I can not believe this company would not report this accident. Do not use Canteen vending machines. They will charge your card without dispensing the product you paid for and the $5 "hold" actually never drops off your account.They will just keep your $5 regardless of the amount you actually spend. They also have no existent customer service and when you contact them they will never respond about a refund. I've contacted them multiple times about a refund over the past two weeks and they keep ignoring. Straight...

(At our location) we are visited at least twice a week by a vendor to refill the machines. The guy who fills them up has been very respectful & helpful. What I think would be a great idea would be some way to request certain items or types of items to be filled, as our machines sell out QUICKLY & I'm sure some things would be much more popular compared to the items that sit...
