Update - Owner and manager really showed what customer service means! They made everything right, delivered for free the next day just like they said they would and gave discounts on top of that! Just goes to show that there are good companies that are owned by decent people still out there! Thank you for giving me faith Marty and Chris and the fantastic gentleman that delivered our stuff!
Ken is the worst salesman ever! We called ahead of time and spoke to him to make sure they had the specific couch we wanted in stock as we were driving an hour and a half to get there. Not only did he assure us the couch was in stock, but that there were several. Upon arrival Ken informed us that not only did they not actually have any of the couches...but it would have to be ordered and would be several weeks until it come in. Great service...they did offer us free delivery... which we already had, but had brought a trailer so we could take it home day of. They lost our sale and the commission on the $1500 worth of other things we were...

Checked in a day or two later to get any missing information or new ETA. Was told it might be on the truck 2 weeks later because of the change is all. NEVER said it would cost extra for a change before hand--It came on the original truck and when I was paying the balance asked them why it cost as much as the King. The reply was that it was rush-shipped. I don't think that's ethical or professional to drop the bomb as you pay. ASK FIRST if the customer is willing to pay more for the rush or if they can simply wait. Nobody wants to be surprised and pay that much more. Lauren was very helpful and exchanged it as soon as she could. She kept us informed on its delivery date and even set it up so we could check it over before loading it in our truck. I definitely will be back next time I need additional home furniture
May 2021 review.. Owner was very informative. New staff seemed a little quiet, not very welcoming and unsure. Paid for my order and came back the next day to pick it up. Staff were all confused and didn't pull correct order even though I called 2 hours ahead of time. It wasn't ready when I arrived and I had to clarify the correct items. They tried to give me part of wrong order. Seemed a little disorganized. Great prices though and we will be back to buy...
