Valley Lanes Bowling and Arcade — Local services in Omak

MY FAVORITE BOWLING PLACE HAS LOST MY LOYALTY!! I went there on an anniversary date today and I waited at the counter to purchase an hour of bowling for me and my partner, there were four people bowling in the middle Lanes and the man who is usually at the counter was sweeping for about 5 minutes and then told the lady who was working at the food table that the customers wanted cheese on the side of their nachos, he then proceeded to look at us and then look away and continue sweeping, while chatting away with the other customer group. My partner and I waited for another 10 minutes, still wasn't serviced or even acknowledged by the staff, I feel greatly disrespected. I came to enjoy a nice relaxing session of bowling but left feeling like my patronage was not wanted. The arcade is effectively dead, there are mainly shoot-em-up games such as "Terminator" and "Halo" and because of this, there are few games you can actually win tickets on to redeem for prizes.

Our family just got gifted $ to use specifically at this business and we are SO disappointed. We came in with our kids to have a fun night only to leave without even being able to finish a game because of equipment failure. The place wasn’t super clean, the lanes were broken down, the scoreboard didn’t work and kept skipping turns for 1/2 of us and didn’t count points for others. Given we are a large family we don’t get to go do things like this often we were excited to have this gifted to us. I will say the employees (young kids working) were really kind and kept unjamming our lanes for us and trying to offer us more time to play and finish a game but we gave up after 3-4x times of this happening. We will never be going again to support this business. They got $151.76 out of us but won’t be getting...

Went there with my partner today to celebrate our anniversary. There was a group of people playing and the main guy we always see there was sweeping. He paid us no mind at all and started talking with the group that were playing. We waited for about 10 minutes and keep in mind no one was there except one group of people and no one came in. He came by the arcade and I thought he was going to ring us up so we could play but nope. He walked down and started talking to the group that was there. We decided to leave after 15 minutes because the guy obviously didn't care nor want us there. Don't go here it's going out of business anyways. Oh and the arcade is dead, there was really only a handful of games now that you can win tickets from. This place is not like...
