Retail has a code of "the customer is always right" but today found out that if you speak up to not have a pedestrian hop in line in front of you, you will be met with rude treatment that won't stop even after you state that you have apologized. To speak up for your spot that you were already sitting in is part of our rights to freedom of speech. To continue to be rude & scold your customers after they have apologized is rude in general but also very poor customer service. When you aren't the only place in town you should keep that in mind on how you deal with situations. Normally, I drive through here a couple times a month when I'm in town, but being it's hot out now and I'm here more frequently because of the iced late's.

It is Conviently located from the direction I come into town and so far, less busy that getting at Starbucks or The Cabin down town (both of which I do use if I'm wanting and in their areas) but I'm partial to this one, just something about it that gets me.
