Excellent service and quality. Our buyers tell us that our beef is the best tasting and most tender they have ever had. We used other butchers in the past and can honestly say so much of that depends on how it is cut. Flint Hills takes their time and produces beautiful quality in everything from filet mignon to the ground beef. They are responsive and flexible. The owners of Flint Hills Custom Meat are not the same guys that were running Onaga Meat Processing and have really done a great job improving on the existing facility.
