Extreme Fitness Center and Tanning 24 Hr. Gym — Local services in Onalaska

Wife and I Travel full time in our RV and we're back in this town for another month or so stay.

I love this little home-town owned gym - This is the second time that I've had a membership here. This is locally owned, super convenient location to where we're staying, affordable with extremely competitive pricing, clean facilities, robust amount of activities for all members, tanning rooms, steam rooms, showers, and bathrooms - ALL CLEAN. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Free weights, Dumbbells, Squat Rack, Smith Machine, Cable rack, Leg Press (free weight and cable), fly machine, and quite a few others variances of equipment. Also, has the little amenities that we can use such as weight belts, variable thickness weighted bands, ropes and cleaning stations peppered throughout the facilities so we can wipe down the equipment after use.

Full exercise room, a safe area glass see through room specifically for children so parents can train (I like that).

Although not a deterrent, the equipment is dated and limited in qty. This is a relatively smaller gym than most Big Box Gyms. Secure access, and front desk area is organized has a variety of supplements as well as a small clothing store where you can buy workout cloths and sweats-n-things. I do recommend this place. I will be coming back each time...

They have daily, weekly and monthly contract options along with annual plans! This is so freaking awesome for those of us who are passing through town and travel frequently. It's really hard to find a good gym if you are on the road a lot. The staff was very polite and professional and signing up was very easy. The gym was spotless AND DID NOT have that typical stinky sweat smell that comes with the bigger gyms. They must clean constantly or something I don't know. I did a 60 minute workout here this morning and things were very quiet (not being blasted with obnoxious workout music) and the folks were friendly. This is a real gem, I hope my job keeps me here a while just so I can...

Me and my daughter went into the gym to check it out to see if we wanted to get a membership. We got a full tour and shown how to use equipment because I have no clue l lol very clean place with a lot of equipment and it's fairly cheap as well. The owner Miss Kathy is such a beautiful person. Also they have different things you could do in there like Pilates or a massage but that is extra charge. It does include a dry and wet sauna which is pretty cool. I'm just giving my review on how they're interaction and I must say I was very pleased and signed up me and my daughter. Can't wait to go and work out for the first time...
