Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Onalaska

Well,I've seen a recent change at Sonic in Onalaska,Tx.. I'm very disappointed in the cooking and the Ladie taking orders! 1,, Little Lady taking Our order,,They have Attitude Adjustment Classes and I recommend YOU TAKE A FEW COURSES.. Because the way You Spoke to my Fiance over the intercom,,,if I hadn't took a Course Myself I would have checked You for sure..frfr. 2,,,To the Person cooking Today,Sep.26th 2022,,, You need to bone up on your cooking skills!!!. Not only was the #1 cheeseburger Dried out,and/or overcooked,,the Onion Rings we're so overcooked we couldn't eat them...Are we not Human Beings with care, and Love in our Hearts anymore...This Generation of Humans,are very Uncaring, Disrespectful, and think They're entitled to be this way? I think NOT Folks!!! I always told my Children growing up,, If I ever Hear You,or Hear about You being Disrespectful to an Elder,,,, I'll Smack you so hard,you'll end up in the Middle of Next Week... They're Grown now, and I have never had to Smack 1 of them for being Disrespectful to Anyone!! 16 to 25 years of age,,Watch Yourselves,, because there will come a day you will have to answer for your Uncaring and Disrespectful...

I eat here every week food is good. My complaint is with service a bleach blonde non-binary that was rude as all get out. Its Xmas week and most of us including myself are broke. I get paid tomorrow, worked ot today and didn't want to cook. Waitress was sweet when my significant and I told her to put $14 on out card and we paid the remaining 2 plus tip in cash. She came back and said it couldn't be done. We said we were sorry for any inconvenience but that's how it had to be done. Send in bleach blonde huffy non binary that insisted it can't be done bc we had combos. And I should return half my mozzarella sticks. Person was huffy and giving dirty looks the whole time and continued to give us dirty looks each time said individual huffed past my vehicle. Very unprofessional and childlike. No one should be treated that way, it is terrible customer service and gives a bad name to the...

I was appalled by what I witnessed this evening while waiting on my order. A young lady whom I assume is an off duty employee went in, no face mask, no hat or hair net, and did not wash hands or sanitize. In the food prep area flinging her hair around made her own shake and a drink and then walked out while they have paying customers waiting on their orders. The elderly couple next to me also witnessed this and could not believe that this was bring allowed at all, much less in the middle od a pandemic. I will be contacting cooperate because I was told the manager was too busy to cone speak to ms..... I pray nobody gets sick or got hair in their food as result of this. Piss poor business practice not to mention health code violations. Extremely disgusted with this. Hopefully something will get done, but not very confident anything...
