Absolute truth? His most common answer was "I couldn't tell you". Nice guy, he just didnt have any answers to my questions on price and avalability of computers I was interested in.

Why he sees an 'average' rating as so bad is beyond me.
A 3 "is" average, that's why they have 5 stars. His math over this confounds me.
And the real tragedy is, if he had just said, "I'll do better next time" in his reply it would never have been necessary to go this far in my review. But he did and i felt compelled to drive my point home. The phrase "I couldn't tell you" was used no less than 4 times in the conversation.
I didn't want to become an adversary with this person but he pushed (with a reactive reply) so here we are. When i make a mistake, i don't mind admitting it because it's only words but does this guy actually expect me to give him a stunning review when i call him and he has no answers for me? 3 out of 5 is "average" and that's how i see his performance.
I said nothing about his sales or his products because i did not experience it and there was no negativity because i simply do not know, i never entered his store i only called him with questions.
It seems to have hit quite a nerve with him when, technically, it shouldn't have. Well, from the aspect of professionalism, it shouldn't.
