Don't Buy Eufy Products: I purchased a home base 2 with 2 pro cams. They operated ok, not great, but acceptable. I then purchased two other solar powered cameras. These cameras do not pick up a lot of the events. Before the 30 days return period, I contacted Eufy support. After waiting for a very long time, about 20 minutes, the person was a bit rude. He did not even greet me. Then while I was finishing the conversation and answer no to a survey, he just hung up on me. I then received an email with info the return of the camera. They are expecting to incur the cost of returning the camera. I sent a message explaining I was a repeat customer and thought they should pick up the return shipping costs. But they declined. I'm asking you not to bother with Eufy products this company, although in the tech industry, requires you communicate with sales via email. These days this is absolutely archaic. I was gifted a pain of Soundcore Anker P2Oi earbuds for my birthday on Dec 21,2024. My left earbud suddenly stopped working. I tried all the resent suggestions and called customer service. Upon providing them with all the information requested they informed me that the could not replace my earbuds because the are "refurbished" however that invoice that I emailed them clearly states "condition: new". Bought the eufy cam3 reading about their no hassle 30 day return period. While I tried to return the cameras which are unopened, the agent is rude and threatening in the email. The same product could be returned to Amazon with no questions asked and not paying for return shipping. Eufy wants customers to pay for return and the CX representatives are arrogant and condescending. I bought eufy doorbell from Amazon. I will return that too for how rude the people are.
