Don't Buy Eufy Products: I purchased a home base 2 with 2 pro cams. They operated ok, not great, but acceptable. I then purchased two other solar powered cameras. These cameras do not pick up a lot of the events. Before the 30 days return period, I contacted Eufy support. After waiting for a very long time, about 20 minutes, the person was a bit rude. He did not even greet me. Then while I was finishing the conversation and answer no to a survey, he just hung up on me. I then received an email with info the return of the camera. They are expecting to incur the cost of returning the camera. I sent a message explaining I was a repeat customer and thought they should pick up the return shipping costs. But they declined. I'm asking you not to bother with Eufy products this company, although in the tech industry, requires you communicate with sales via email. These days this is absolutely archaic.
