BUYER BEWARE! I had a terrible experience with this groomer. I called a day before to ask a few questions, make appointment & to confirm she had experience with goldendoodles and Malti-poos. Owner assured me that although this location was new she worked at their other location & she indeed had experience with goldendoodles. NO! She doesn't have experience grooming goldendoodles!! My poor dog was completely chopped up, uneven and not at all as discussed. We discussed a Teddy cut and I did not want him to get shaved down. I brush my dogs every day and they do not have knots. She did an uneven shave down, pieces of hair she totally missed & chopped up his face & ears. Uggh. 😭 My dad and I were very upset still upset almost 2 mo later as now his hair is growing in & it looks bad. To make things worse: When I called & sent photos she was less than apologetic & said if I wanted a Teddy cut it would have been more money. Excuse me? I wanted all the money I paid but I only asked for a portion of it. As a business owner I didn't want to ask for a full refund because I know it took time & product and people make mistakes. She agreed to pay me $40 but Again to make this EVEN WORSE! She didn't pay me & kept taking her time to pay me - I had to keep asking her to please pay me & make things somewhat right. Her response was "I'm very busy working" OK. Good to know your customers don't matter. She finally refunded $40 but it took several attempts & I had to put up with a bad attitude - like she was doing me a favor. Bad customer service.

She bathed & trimmed my other dog. She did an okay job. Think she overbooks dogs and rushes to finish. UPDATE: Yes, you offered a free bath. Of course I refused. Why would I take my dog back to a place where you did a terrible job? I think you should post our chat especially the ones where you were rude & combative and where you told me you were too busy to send me the money back. Or the text that if I wanted a teddy cut with any type of shape it would be more money. Very bad customer service! I had to keep asking you to pay me! Also I asked for a partial refund. I should have asked for a full refund! I was trying to be nice. Your reply is only...

Ella was exceptional. I found her, here via a "Google" search of dog groomers near me. I had taken my 2 yr old 55lb goldendoodle to a few places (including retail places) & had finally found a great groomer in Norco. They literally closed indefinitely and I freaked out. My pup was overdue for his groom/cut. I scheduled with her after a brief explanation of things. The moment I walked in, I felt like Ella & I had been friends for years, she literally explained things to me and made me feel at ease. She clearly knew what she was doing and was so sweet to my baby. I left knowing he was in good hands. My husband picked him up and sent me photos right away to show me how great he looked. We were so pleased with her work! Truly thankful to have found her!

I was recommended to this cute little grooming place by a friend who have nothing but positive experience with the owner when she had her other grooming shop in Rancho. Now that the owner Ella finally opened her 2nd store near me, I decided to give it a try! And I was impressed with the way Ella handled my dog, who gets neurotic around stranger and especially when you try to trim his nails. But Ella did an amazing job comforting and calming him! My dog smelled great and his nails are trimmed very nicely. To ease my anxiety, Ella sent me pictures during the process to assure me everything was OK.
