The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't sell by the ounce 😤or have discounts for buying in bulk and no online ordering yet 😞 . This place has the best items for all your smoking needs. I wish they had more, but I know they can't fit everything in the store. Cookies make their items to the highest quality to make them last and worth buying. The clothing is so durable and strong that you can bet that it will last for a long time. Logan and Dominick were the budtenders on shift and were very welcoming when the wifey and I walked in. Dominick helped us out and was very knowledgeable about the products they offered and was able to help us out with what we were looking for and then some extra items also. We went in for edibles and also picked up some Sour Diesel and Bruce Banner syrup, and I'll tell you it was well worth it. He also helped pick out a thc infused pain reliever cream that has helped with sore muscles. The pre-rolls are some top-notch shiznit. The flower they have are the ones you hear about from around the world 🌎 If I had the money, I would buy one of each flavor at once and really smoke, but for now I'll have to keep going back to try them. I've been going to cookies for a few months with no problems but today I got home and they'd given me the wrong item. I should have known better than to not check but I didn't think of it since I was just buying 3 of the same thing.

I live an hour away one way so it's not as if I can just run back over there. I called the store and was told that "they don't normally do exchanges but if I come back in sometime and explain myself they might give me a discount or something". I would certainly hope so since they outright gave me the wrong product. I asked them to please note my profile so they didn't think I was making it up. Just disappointing and frustrating.

I was literally the only customer in the store so it's not as if they just got busy and made a mistake. It's obviously a mistake in entering the item in the computer because the item I wound up with was one I was pitched but didn't want. Guess I got it...
