Subway — Restaurant in Oregon

I actually visited the chicken place but it's the same register and same staff in the truck stop. The service was horrible!!! I ordered a 3 piece chicken but I was told they only had 2 pieces left (at 3 pm) so I could have those 2 and a chicken tender. Okay I guess. I asked if my meal came with a drink and the young guy says yes. After the meal was rung up I asked for a cup and he told me that it wasn't included, so I bought a drink. I sat down to eat and watched other people coming in getting crappy service. After about 10 minutes I realized I didn't get a biscuit, which is most definitely included. I went to the counter. The worker Kristina was so rude and you could tell she was severely annoyed. I asked for tomatoes, spinach and avocado. Tell me why she throws away the tomatoes and spinach she had already put on there because they "have to go in order". Ridiculous, she could have moved them to the side instead of wasting it. They refused service to me because I have several medical conditions and can not wear a mask. I will make a formal complaint with the ADA. I hope the manager or employee (said they were manager) get retrained on customer service. There are medical exemptions for the state of Oregon mask Mandates but still isn’t LAW.
