I have a new dryer that is under 1 year warranty. The dryer wasn't working well and often required 2 cycles to dry. I called Electrolux and they promptly scheduled a technician within a 9-hour window, 8am-5pm. The technician showed up at 5:30pm and evaluated for 5-10 minutes. He said the duct was clogged. Thereafter, I hired a technician to clear the duct, and we found that it was not clogged. I called Electrolux again and they promptly schedule a 4-hour window, however the technician did not show up at all. I called Electrolux and they said yes, they did and the evaluated.
