This place is very near ONT airport ✈️. This place is not very good 👎.

This is a typical 🍔 joint, and we have been to many. My kid was excited to try one named for his favorite order 🥑 🍔.

The place was dirty, The signs were faded, but there were a few people inside, so we went in.

They were unable to take our order for over 10 minutes despite having many people working there and not a lot of customers waiting. They had a sign that said new flavor of shake: chocolate peanut butter, so good start.

The kids said the 🥑 was good, but the thin 🍔 was overcooked and dry. The fries were okay, but the chili was good.

The shake tasted like coffee to both of us and it was not good. The guy said it was just ice cream and peanut butter. Then he said it was just ice cream and chocolate. We said if his chocolate peanut butter shake tasted like coffee, we didn't want it. They replaced it with a 🍓 shake, which was made with poor ice cream and jam.

The drink choices are interesting. They don't have Coke or Pepsi. They have RC cola 🥤. I was excited to see diet Dr pepper, but it tasted like I don't know what, certainly not a Dr pepper clone.

Have been coming here for 10 years and this year I have been getting horrible service. I don’t know if there is new kitchen staff or what but my order is always wrong. I have to take it back every time. Just a couple days ago I went about 15 min before closing, ordered green enchiladas and apparently they accidentally put red sauce and instead of remaking it they simply poured it out and poured green sauce over like I wouldn’t notice. I questioned it as soon as I received it and said the sauce looked way darker than usual and they assured me it was green sauce. Went home started to eat it and notice it taste different. Opened up the enchilada and boom red sauce all over the chicken and inside of the tortilla. Now if I had an allergic reaction to it I would have sued them. Due to me going close to close time I couldn’t call and have it remade. So I’ve been calling for 2 days and getting the run around saying I have to wait on a manager but the employees can’t give an exact time the manager will be in. Had a little time before my flight out of Ontario and needed lunch. Stopped by around 2PM on a Wednesday. First time in the area and at this establishment. Chose it because of proximity and I saw it while at the adjacent place getting gas. Plenty of parking available. Was able to get right up to the counter and the girl taking my order was friendly and courteous. She helped explain menu options so I could make a selection. Speaking of the menu, it is quite diverse with typical Mexican fare and other stuff like burgers, sandwiches, salad, hot dogs, etc. I ordered a steak taco, a ground beef taco fixed up like a "supreme" and a side order of chili cheese fries. Got a couple samples of sauces for my tacos as well. Ticket was up in the $20 range once drink and tax were added. Food was ready in about 7-8 minutes, which wasn't too bad. Everything was hot and fresh and overall I was happy with my choices. Reason for 4 stars was steak was a little dried out and chewy. Beyond that, it was a positive experience.
