Beware, horrible customer service. Shipped an item purchased through their ebay store which was missing the mounting hardware that was to be included. When asked if they would send it, they told me to source it myself from a local hardware store. After visiting 7 hardware stores I'm still unable to locate locally due to odd size. I ended up having to order it at a cost odf $26 plus shipping from a Porsche specialty vendor. No partial refund was offered or any additional help. Additionally the finish on the product was terrible and had a Chinese trademark engraving that was not pictured or disclosed in their listing. I left negative feedback after they wouldn't send me the hardware I purchased and they had it removed citing violation of a policy that wasn't even applicable to my feedback. Only way I know to get my point across is to blast them everywhere I can. Do not do business with this company, they will not stand behind their products and they will basically blow you off if you ask them to fix...

Very unprofessional non communicator in regards to parts being shipped in timely matter. Ordered on small part and it took over 2 weeks. QSC sent a tracking showing it would be shipped however they never actually shipped the part! Until I noticed where is my part!? I emailed them they don’t respond to emails till midnite.

Their excuse was they were short of staff. How does that have anything to do with staff when FEDEx picks up there shipments once they send transmission from their warehouse saying it’s an order ready for pick up. Bad business! They don’t care about their customers guys!!! Take your business elsewhere like Tacoma...

I originally found these guys online for the parts I needed and had them delivered to my home in AZ. Turned out that the previous owner had switched the year of door mirror to my Century so I had to ask for replacement for right year and model. The online help was easy and just asked I pay the shipping. When they gave me the address I asked if I could just take it to them since I run AZ to CA every other day.
