SCAMMER AT LARGE We went to look at a 2010 ford explorer I was told over the phone that it was a very good car with no problems that he even drove it himself. Davey either does not know about how cars work or he’s just a scammer. He’s a cars salesman you tell me what you think. First of all there is a radiator leak. Water is used in the car not antifreeze there is also a hose leak. Tire pressure was low so it’s not maintained and or the sensor is out. Vibration on the gas pedal when you accelerate and there is a lack of power. As for safety don’t per CARFAX an inspection was done on 10/21/24 that states it passed is wrong. Alignment is off. Pulls to the right. Davey had the nerve to ask us which lane were we driving in. As if the road was the problem. He’s looking for customers that lack knowledge of vehicles to sell to. After we test drove the car the leaks were worse. If you’re interested in a 2010 ford explorer dark grey make sure he fixes these issues but I honestly would not trust. At least take it to a mechanic you trust out of the area he works in because it’s a small town every one knows everyone to do your own inspection . But Davey is a scammer. You can tell by his lame old school sales pitch. He’s a waste of time. The first five pictures were taken before we test drove all the shiny you see are leaks the last 3 pictures are after the test drive it looks little in the picture but it was a lot and it was all dry before we started and drove the car. You won’t get full details from CARFAX unless you call the service numbers provided to see what kind of maintenance was done. But keep in mind even mechanics and service departments are not always trustworthy. I have a lot of experience. Heard a tip. Whenever you get an oil change make sure they change your oil filter. I’ve had oil changes by 2 different companies one was jiffy lube and another private own. For 3 years my oil filter was never changed per my trustworthy mechanic when he first maintenance my car. We were both pissed. This guy has been yelp too and it’s very long

Madison Motors made my car shopping experience easy and painless. When I came to them I had felt a bit disheartened with the process, after dealing with multiple shady dealers. Madison Motors changed that experience rather quickly. They have a fabulous inventory and fair pricing. I never once felt pressured to purchase a car, though the sales people were attentive to my questions. I never had the impression that they were hiding anything. Very transparent and honest. Luke helped me check over the car fax and maintenance records so I could make an informed purchase. Again, no pressure to buy, just helpful so I can make that decision. There was an issue with the rear ac vents in the 2008 Pilot I planned to purchase. Luke, without question committed to fixing that prior to me picking up the vehicle. Their fees are lower than any dealer I have ever worked with and they made titling, registration and plates a breeze. I wrote a check, and picked up the car later that day after the small issue was fixed. I also appreciated that I was not pressured into a loan that I did not need. They are in the business of selling cars, not financing, which is refreshing, though IF you need a loan they seem to have an easy process to help you get one. Unlike many dealers who clear codes and try to hide issues, Madison Motors seems to care about selling quality vehicles and keeping you as a customer for your next purchase. Can't recommend Madison Motors more highly. I am extremely happy with my purchase of a 2008 Honda Pilot. PS: If you are lucky like I was, Luke might let you ride his One Wheel around the parking lot while the paperwork is drafted up!

If you’re looking to buy a used vehicle, Madison Motors is the place to do it. A younger guy myself, I’ve been saving for a couple years to finance an affordable, reliable truck. I searched at dealerships all around Virginia and decided to look at Madison because my father and brother both bought vehicles there and had success with them, plus they raved about Luke and Dwight. Boy was I glad I stopped by. Luke was helpful every step of the way. He got me locked in at an interest rate 5% lower than any friends my age have been able to get, got me in exactly the truck I wanted, and was there to help me every step of the way. Even after buying and weeks after rolling off the lot, he had an answer for any of my questions within 20 minutes of me contacting and really looked out for me the whole time. Honesty, transparency, and trustworthiness —qualities dealerships aren’t often known for— is exactly what you get with Madison Motors. Couldn’t recommended them more.

Highly recommend! My family has now purchased 3 vehicles from Madison Motors. I purchased an Acura there years ago..it was priced right and was a great car. My Dad bought a truck there just a year or 2 ago and has been a great truck. And our most recent experience...I took my daughter there, on her 18th birthday, she was ready to make her first "grown up" purchase. Luke approached us within minutes of being on the lot. She had her eye on a Jeep wrangler. He set us up for a test drive and that's all it took. My daughter wanted it! She let him know what she would like her payment to look like. Her and her cosigner got him all their info to him around 4 in the afternoon and he had her approved shortly after. He worked with her and gave her options to get her payment where she was comfortable. We went back the next morning, Luke had paperwork ready and her Jeep parked up front waiting on her. He explained things clearly and got her through that process quickly and smoothly. The Jeep had only been on the lot for a few days. The Change Oil light was on and they had not been able to get to that in those few days. So without missing a beat he gave us the info to get an oil change at a local shop on his tab. It was a great experience from start to finish and my daughter couldn't be happier! Thank you Luke and Madison Motors! If you are car shopping...Madison Motors is the place to go! They have a wide range of vehicles, priced fairly and in our past experiences, have been great reliable vehicles. Their processing fee is also significantly lower than anywhere else! Go...
