I hate to be the person but.. I'm not impressed. I came in for a brow wax + tint. The shape of my brows is nice, she did a good job waxing them. But when it comes to the tint process, I'm not sure what went wrong. When she was finished I looked in the mirror and to the naked eye they looked amazing. They were a little dark for my liking but she advised me they would fade within the end of the week. So I payed, left, and ignored it. Well, here's where things start to go wrong. As I'm getting ready for work I'm doing my lashes, makeup things of that sort and I notice, my eyebrows are not even. The heads of my eyebrows were NOT even and the left one was a lot thicker than the other. I attempted to reach out to her multiple times and only ever got a "sorry I didn't get your first email, what's wrong?". After explaining to her what happened all over again I still have not heard anything from her. This was almost a week ago now, my appointment was Thursday 4/18 at 2:15. I'm only giving 1 stars for the shape of my brows. For now on I will be not going back to Randi. I will be taking my money to Brittney down on Main street. I'm very upset because looking through Randi's reviews they seem to be nothing but good reviews. I've learned my lesson trust me. If you just need them waxed shes your girl, but if you want them waxed and tinted, go to Brittney on Main street at Bittys Waxing. Unfortunately I don't have any photos, just work friends who can...

I walked in and told Randi I was extremely modest (surprisingly!) and that I was very nervous. I wasn’t worried about the pain, just being completely exposed. I jokingly said “can I leave my underwear on?” She said I totally could but she didn’t want to get any wax on them but said she could give me a towel to cover up with. Several minutes into it, I didn’t need it. Randi made me feel so at ease by explaining the process, cheering me on for every pull, and the conversation was effortless!

You can tell that she loves what she does and is passionate about it. That makes her even better at her profession.

The location is convenient and easy to find, enough parking, and entering and exiting is easy. Randi’s studio is clean, tidy, and peaceful. I HIGHLY recommend...

I can’t emphasize enough how much I LOOOVEE Randi. I first saw her at EWC and have been relying on her for all my waxing needs ever since. Despite living in Charlottesville, I don’t mind making the 45-minute drive to see her. Randi is great at explaining the process and always makes me feel at ease. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I am completely satisfied when I leave her studio. I am thrilled that she will now be offering more services!
