Do not go here, they charge you and don’t fix the problem! I took my car in in the morning, explained to the lady at the counter that my car had been stuttering at low rpms. Recently the maintenance light came on so I checked my fluids, added oil and antifreeze and put in a new air filter but the light still was on. I checked but it didn’t have any error codes so I looked on the internet and they suggest it could be the spark plugs and if there was oil on them they could catch on fire so I told her it made me nervous so I decided I better bring it to a mechanic. She said “stay off the internet” . I’m thinking I’m here because of the internet. I left my car there the whole day, she calls and says the mechanic (there was only one there today) says he heard the sound I told her about but since it isn’t showing any codes he can’t do anything about it. I said did he check the spark plugs? She said well if it were the spark plugs I think it would of shown a code. I am disgusted, this is not doing a mechanics job, a mechanic works on cars, any idiot can read a obd tool to read a code. So this guy couldn’t even check my spark plugs? I come in to pick up my car and she charges me 40 dollars! I said he didn’t fix anything, she said it wasn’t showing any code, I said I knew that before I came in! So I have been robbed, swindled, taken for a ride. Shame on you. You do not belong in business if this is what you do to people who work hard for their money.
