Even though the computer system was giving Tiffany fits, she stayed true to providing wonderful customer service until the issue was resolved. Tiffany tried every way, talked to Corporate Verizon Rep./technician on my part. When we felt we had exhausted every possible solution that would have resulted in a trip to corporate store in Kearney, Tiffany still cared about me to say to keep her updated. I called the corporate store and after going through AI's menu the unexpected happened in that the text Tiffany sent was pushed through, if I hadn't went back in to let Tiffany know of this development we wouldn't have been able to solve the issue right there and would have had to drive to Kearney from Ord.
