If I could give 0 stars I would. Just a heads up to anyone who plans to sign up for classes at The Nest in Orland Park. The Nest management has no regard for their customers . I registered for an April 2025 class back in December, 2024. Two days before the class I received an email stating that it was canceled. When I called the store they promised that they were working on refunds and it would take a little time, but we would eventually get a refund. I waited two months, calling several times along the way and getting the same feedback “We’re working on it. Please be patient”.
I have been more than patient with the Nest management. This is not the way management should be treating their customers and I will be unable to recommend this store to any of my friends...
Read moreI was a vendor when the store first opened, a “soft opening” and the store was half full of items. I paid $100 for that month which I think is pretty shitty since the store was not advertised. They did not have an “Official” opening until the end of November and I paid another $100.00. ALL of my items (hand crafted by the way) were hidden behind sweatshirts or “crafty” stuff. 90% of that stuff was either crafty things she made or her friends made. The store was geared toward HANDMADE unique things. That was a laugh. I also booked a class and was called one day before that the date changed. I could not make that date and have never received a promised refund. This store had promise but marketing and...
Read moreSigned up and paid for a class over two months in advance. I show up for the class and I was not on their list. Even though I showed my receipt and confirmation, I was told I could not participate. They offered me the options of waiting another two months for another class or have my money refunded. I ultimately took the refund. I work 6 days a week (60+ hours) and my free time is valuable. I took time to plan this event and they had no regard for my personal time. I personally would not recommend these classes because they have scheduling issues and large class sizes. The class size was around 20 participants in a very small space. Complete disregard for their...
