I went to the place to place an order and the service experience was horrible, the person in charge, after making me wait all that time and telling him everything I needed, told me that he couldn't place the order because I didn't have an account registered in the store and therefore I couldn't make a phonecell so that another person (my boss) would pay him, I explained to him that I had previously bought there without having an account and he told me rudely "I don't know who you are because "For sure, I can't sell to you." I asked him how I could create an account at that very moment and he told me that I could but I would have to place the order another day, which I couldn't since I needed the materials urgently. According to him, he was the person in charge and that his policies did not allow him to do that, which I found strange because I previously bought this way without any problem, then he simply ignored me and continued with the other person in line. I went to World Electric for supplies, but the employee who said he was the person in charge was incredibly rude to not only myself but other customers around me. He would not help the customer in front of me because the person with the account was on the phone with him and not in the store. He was so rude to this person and he was only trying to get help. Thankfully, I was the person with the account so I could make the purchase but I often times send my employees to this store to purchase things on my account with no issue.
