Walgreens — Local services in Ormond Beach

Had a bad experience at the pharmacy with the first time, an hour after it was called in from the doctor’s office, they told me it wasn’t ready yet. There was two medication‘s and they needed another 30 minutes so I left and came back an hour later they told me one was ready, but the other was not, gonna be another 30 minutes. I told him that’s what another employee told me the first time and I said well it’s not done so I left gave him another hour came back asked for the medication they gave me one. I told him it should’ve been two. They said we don’t have one in stock. It won’t be here till tomorrow. I said this is the third time I’ve been here today and nobody told me they did not have this medication in stock. He lied right to my face and told me that I was told multiple times. I told him to cancel the medication I’ll go elsewhere. And he said this with attitude!!! never again !! there’s no reason to lie to me. And be rude on...

I’ve been going here for months and I’ve decided I’m definitely changing pharmacies. They’re constantly only giving me partial refills on my prescriptions which are seizure medications. I call every month ahead of time to make sure they’ll have my meds and everytime my meds are “filled” they never are and are only partially. Knowing that they have a patient that comes every month to get the same medication, especially a medication that could cause me to have horrible seizures if I don’t have it and could possibly cause me to go into a coma… you would think they would have the medications every month, especially with my insurance paying multiple thousands of dollars for them as well. Worst pharmacy in Volusia County mind you this is not the first time this has happened but this is the first time I have really needed the meds this badly. I have a new bone graft in my jaw and 8 stitches from dental surgery and needed pain meds filled Fri after I got a text that it is out of stock Sat came and guess what? out of stock, Sunday I call and still out of stock, I asked if it can be filled at the one down the street just a few till they come into stock but no they can't do that either. At this point it would take an act of congress to get in touch with the dentist on mothers day and get it transferred to the Walgreens less than 2 miles down the road.
