Great new Peruvian restaurant (I’m married to a peruana, so I know my stuff!) some of the best Peruvian food I have ever had. The ceviche was unbelievably fresh and nailed the flavor you’re looking for in a true authentic Peruvian ceviche. Really good portion too. For my Americans friends who don’t know what it is, it’s pieces of raw fish marinated, Peruvian corn, onion, and sweet potato in a lime sauce called tigers milk (leche de tigre). It’s not as overpowering as it sounds, I promise. The lomo saltado (get it “a lo probre” that just means they put a fried egg on top) was cooked absolutely perfectly. And the sauce was nailed, not too loose or thick. The staff speaks English too, so no need to worry about trying to figure out how to order in Spanish.

For your appetizer, get the chicken causa. Causa is a Peruvian dish that will make you want to move to Peru and eat 4,000 calories a day. It has a chicken and seasoned mayo mixed sandwiched between two layers of the most perfect mashed potatoes topped with avocado and a tangy sauce.

But by far, the presentation of the food is in another league compared to other Peruvian restaurants. Each plate looks absolutely beautiful.

If you like Carmel, try the Lucuma Ice Cream (Helado de Lucuma) it’s a fruit that’s primarily native to Peru and has the most incredible natural Carmel flavor, it’ll become your favorite ice cream flavor.

The worst part is I live 7 hours away in Atlanta! If not this would be a weekly spot for me.

Go here for a fresh delicious meal, I personally can’t wait...

Okay first and foremost, I am from New Jersey where we have a “Little Lima” in Paterson. Whenever we leave the state we are always searching for quality Peruvian cuisine. We drive anywhere from 45 min to an hour and a half to get Peruvian food when we visit ormond beach every year. Normally we are missing the food back home. NOT THIS TIME!!!!

The food here was EXCEPTIONALLY FANTASTIC!!

We started off having the ahi de gallna! This normally is not my go to because it is too heavy, that is not the case here! The flavor was spot on and absolutely the best texture, the white rice was SPOT on to the way my mama Lucha would make hers! Stunning presentation!

The second dish we had was the tradition ceviche pescado picante. The fish was PERFECT! Tender, tasty, and making us wanting to drink the juice at the bottom. Can I just say, THE BEST SWEET POTATO! I cannot wait to try the other options!

After those two dishes we decided to order one more thing, the arroz chaufa de pollo. This is normally the primary indicator of a successful Peruvian restaurant. THIS WAS THE BEST I HAVR HAD! Must get! Everything was right! The wok flavor was there, rice was perfect, fresh and I particularly loved the ingredients. Chicken was tender and so so good. Next time I want to try beef!

Overall I need to tell the staff they were fantastic. Friendly and helpful, attentive and knowledgeable! The service was on point. I highly encourage people local and afar to come here if you want to taste the BEST Peruvian food...

This place is a brand new Peruvian place in Ormond. I was a bit excited to see it. Something different and hopefully good. So we came in on a Thursday evening. It was quiet but that's expected for a new place. The menu is a bit large. Front and back, as you can see from the photo. My wife found the churasco streak. My daughter ordered the Lomo saltado. For the child, we got the chicken fingers. And for me, the chaufa de pollo. The rice was good and a huge serving. It was good. The chicken fingers were excellent. Crispy and nicely flavored. The Lomo was good. And the steak was also good. Just a little bit salty, but order it with less salt, and you'll be OK. Many plates come with an egg. We tried to substitute rice for French fries. They didn't understand but finally got what we were asking for. They mixed up the orders a little but fixed it right away. The service was good. The food was good. We had fun why we ate, and when we finished, we danced. That's right. Danced to the music with the little child. I am sure that this place will rock in a few weeks when the word gets out. This is a must try. I recommend it. We will be...

The food here was pretty good - definitely better than many of the places in central Florida, so it’s nice to have a place to take my Peruvian wife when she gets a craving. She felt it was a little pricey for what we got and wasn’t blown away but the food but thought it hit the spot. I’m being a little generous with the 4 stars because I know they’re new… but the service needs some improvement. There was no host so it eas kind of a disorganized scramble to see who would greet us, who would seat us/clean off a table… it took probably 5-10 minutes and we stood with another party by the door not really knowing what was going on. Then, despite a nice young server starting out politely introducing herself to us, they seem to all share and bounce around a lot so we dealt with 3-4 other people throughout the meal… Again, they’re new - and I know staffing is tough for everyone - but it all seemed a disorganized. We’ll go back relatively soon - hopefully they’ll have improved!
