Oro Valley Hand & Foot Spa by Kelly — Local services in Oro Valley

I brought my Mom along about a month ago. She needs pedicures because she cannot touch her feet. I was a bit apprehensive because I went by the reviews, but OV is far from her.

Anyway, after that visit, she raved and raved about the service. She said it was the best pedicure she had received. She said that the people treated her really well, even when I was gone for a bit. She said the quality of the pedicure was beyond anything anywhere else.

So yesterday, after taking her to vote, near Govinda's, we went completely out of our way to get a mani/pedi together.

I needed to massage in the chair. I needed the hot towels and gentle massage of my calfs. OMG, I needed the pedicure.

It was great. I requested a French Manicure, and the care was terrific. However, I messed it up within seconds...but called and will get a touch-up tomorrow.

It's worth the 30 minute drive...

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped in for a common nail repair with the thought this establishment may be one I might be interested in being a steady customer of but when I informed them my Nails had been done done by a different salon and just needed a quick repair I was treated rudely and was totally ignored as if I didn't exist. I finally just walked out. They apparently do not look at every person that walks through the door as a perspective and valued customer. "Big mistake" on their part. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone and will not hesitate to share this terrible experience with anyone asking for a referral in this area...

I made an appointment for 1:00 pm on Christmas Eve. I picked a color and waited for a chair. The man who helped me was very polite and asked what kind pedicure I wanted. He was with the client next to me so I figured he would be doing my pedicure when he was done. Instead I got Yuna who was not friendly at all. She didn’t talk to me and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The massage was weak, and her long nails kept tickling my feet. I was so uncomfortable that I left before she could paint my nails.
