BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PHARMACY I'm so happy I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy . I just got a reminder call from them about my prescriptions being ready for pick up next week. I hadn't even noticed I was getting low 🤪 Now that's the kind of service I appreciate! ALSO AT THE PHOTO DEPARTMENT I needed to print some photos on a coffee mug for a gift, I went first to the photo department in one of the big stores and the guy who “helped” me there was not helpful at all he said it couldn’t be done because the photo was too large. Then somebody said to have it done at Walgreen’s photo. What a difference in customer service. Kaleb, the associate at the photo counter, went out of his way to help me reduce the size of the photo, suggested to make it a collage instead and help me choose the background too. I HAVE BEEN AN AVID PHARMACY CUSTOMER AT THIS LOCATION FOR EIGHT YEARS. JANUARY 6,2025, I WAS RETRIEVING MY PRESCRIPTIONS AT ThE PHARMACY . THERE WAS A DELAY, THEREFORE I HAD TO WAIT. I WAS BROWSING THE STORE WHEN AN OLDER WOMAN EMPLOYEE BEGAN TO FOLLOW ME AND ASK ME QUESTIONS. I ALSO NOTICED THAT SHE DID NOT QUESTION OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. ON MY NEXT VISIT I COMPLAINED TO KALEB (WHO WAS THE MANAGER ON DUTY),REGARDING THE ORDEAL. HE TOOK A NONCHALANT ATTITUDE. NO APOLOGY. NO FOLLOW UP FROM THE STORE MANAGER MIKE I WAS TOLD BY KHALEB THAT I WOULD HEAR FROM MIKE THE STORE MANAGER. AS OF THIS WRITING, . NOTHING. BY THE WAY, I AM A BLACK WOMAN. The staff at this Walgreens pharmacy is awesome. Every one of them goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I never have to wait on hold for very long, even though they are always busy. They work hard and have positive attitudes, which could be a challenge when you deal with people who are ill and sometimes a little impatient due to not feeling well. This staff genuinely cares. I would make them all, but haven’t had the pleasure to meet them all. Liz, a manager is very efficient and kind, Ping, a pharmacist works fast and efficient and is very compassionate.
