My wife and I visited this community because we were looking for a retirement location. We were treated to an overview of the community and a very pleasant tour of its amenities via golf cart. Although this was originally a Del Webb development, it is now owned by the homeowners association and run by an elected board of directors. The facilities are beautifully maintained. We bought our home 4 years ago after much research into retirement communities. The location is great, just north of Tucson. The amenities in SCOV are fantastic, along with the 150 clubs. It’s like being in Disney...

The community has a lot of pride and properties are well maintained. There is a monthly magazine published to advise of the extensive learning, social, exercise...
