This is a great gym for anyone wanting to work out, whether they like group fitness, light to heavy resistance training, or simply cardio.

All group fitness classes are included in the reasonably-priced monthly membership fee, and there are no contracts. Personal trainers are available at an additional fee.

There's a ton of well-maintained equipment, so you never have to wait to get your set in. The equipment is neatly positioned in the rooms, and the rooms are well-lit and decorated, giving the gym a comfortable, modern feel.

This gym also offers Strongman and Powerlifting training, which may be a benefit for anyone at the lake who is interested in competing. The gym's owners, Greg and Buffy, are longtime competitors and winners of these competitions! The staff is friendly, and I love the fact that the gym is open 24/7, so I can get my workout in whenever my schedule...

I wanna give a shout out to this establishment. I had an accident at night and this was the closet place to pull into. So I parked it out of the way and contacted someone at the gym and told him my situation and it might be a couple days before I can get it out of there. He checked to see where I parked and said that was perfect and it was fine there until I could come get it. And he thanked me for letting him know.
