Osceola Big M — Local services in Osceola Township

Disgusted!! My little boy had a bathroom emergency on our way to Elmira and the Osceola Big M was the closest bathroom..7 miles out of the way! But when we got there, even after explaining that it was an emergency, they refused to let him use the bathroom! Then, they told us that we would have to drive for miles til the next one when there was a restaurant that was happy to let us use the restroom less than 50 feet away from their store! It's kinda ok. Unfortunately, some prices are to high, the store is not kept well and I dealt with one very peppy and sweet young girl and one that I would have walked out the door. She was very rude in not paying or interacting with the customers because she was to busy chit chatting with a friend that wasn't even a worker. Small little grocery store conveniently located to make it easily accessible to locals. The main reason I like to go there is for the small little deli in the back of the store.
