my neighbor was told she had to pay to have her propane tank moved. a tank that had been in the same spot for over 10 years. the reason was because their guys "risked their lives" going over a snowbank to get to the tank. (total nonsense, how is crossing a snow bank on foot deadly to someone qualified to fill propane tanks?) apparently they brought up how the action they took to fill the tank WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE OWNER was somehow a liability, and that they almost SUED THE HONEOWNER for the risk. this is just not acceptable. poor communication and people who get angry and throw around blame when things get even a little rough you had to cross a snow bank in winter to fill a propane tank! its your job! ...
   Read moreA recent storm did a LOT of damage to our property which included sending a 300 year old oak tree toppling on to our propane tank and tipping it off it's foundation. Corey Chaptelear and Tim Loescher from the Osceola Propane location were at our home within an hour after my call to turn off the valve and check for leaks. We got the HUGE tree off the tank and they were back first thing the next morning to get our tank upright and tested completely inside and outside to make sure everything was okay to run again. Fortunately the tank is still in operating condition. We can't thank you enough, Corey and Tim; you really helped a bad situation from becoming worse. Only 1 night...
