I am so sad to have to write this review. I have taken my 1 year old yellow lab here a few times and haven't really had any issues. I read the reviews and everything seemed completely normal. They have pools and such for the dogs to play in outside and I knew my wild puppy would love it! Sadly, she was neglected on her last two day stay. See the attached photos for how I received my puppy back. Horrible, painful, disgusting hot spots under her front arms. I assume it's from running around wet outside and then not being properly dried off when she was put in her kennel. I am heartbroken. My poor puppy is in so much pain and is so sad. The worst part is no one said ANYTHING to me about the situation. I picked her up, we drove home and it wasn't until we were walking into my home that I noticed she was having trouble walking.

I had been looking for a good groomer since a while back and oh my goodness , she is phenomenal, one of my dogs is extremely anxious and it’s been hard for others to do his haircut but she was able to do it exactly how I wanted and both my doggos seemed to be fine after the appointment ( which usually I’ve been handed them stressed out by other groomers) but you can tell Sarah truly cares about her furry clients and puts their well-being ahead of just treating them as if they are products as it seems in other places. Nice people, but they continuously let our dog eat the native grass/straw that grew in to their fences since it was never trimmed. Our dog went to the vet once because of it, we asked them to monitor our dog, then a few weeks later the same thing happened and we had to take her to a VCA and got a hefty bill to make sure she didn’t puncture her stomach.

I feel like most people are nice there. They just kind of let the dogs outside and let them do whatever. We bought daycare packages in bulk and left 4-5 of them rather than deal with asking for a refund because...
