Kroger — Local services in Ottawa

About broke my back and my truck upon pulling into the parking lot. Had no idea there’s a bunch of deep craters in the parking lot as soon as you pull in. Went back and now they have placed 3 or 4 shopping carts into the craters to prevent anyone else from being victimized by the parking lot craters. It’s been months now and their solution is placing shopping carts into the craters. What a joke and worthless managed facility. Also, no one said a word to me. Not a hello or have a nice day. I saw a literal troll in face and body follow some one tonight around the store. I didn't notice anything suspicious or anything that would warrant this, yet this troll in human form employee went out of their troll way to follow this customer. I understand it's Halloween so hiring a human troll to frighten customers might seem like a good idea , but this seemed more like profiling, fodder for a lawsuit, or harassment. Wasteful and disgusting. Sadly its not jus this Kroger, both of them in Ottawa are disgusting, in experience, in smells, in the expired food they are selling to customers. How about instead you use the app Too Good To Go; get the close to expire food off the shelves and then instead of putting it in the dumpster thereby wasting not only food but also money, put it in a Too Good To Go order and watch as all those near to expire goods fly out the door.
