We are a family of 9 and bought a refrigerator not even a year ago and the refrigerator starting loosing its temperature and our refrigerator started becoming warm..so we called this company and they informed us that our warranty has expired and we understood that we just want our refrigerator fixed. They set us up with a technician not sure if he really works for them or not. He came by and told us we needed a specific part we paid him 200.00 cash. Here we are months and months later and still having the same issue. We have called now over 2wks waiting for a tech to show back up atleast a phone callback. Because of this whole issue we have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of food. It has also called emotional stress on our family. Also we will NEVER buy another product from this unprofessional and unreliable company.. and neither will any of our family members. You will receive dented and broken products such a lemon of a place. Very disappointed in the company and overall experiences..still needing a working properly refrigerator after we have paid hundreds of dollars for it to be fixed. my grandmother got a refrigerator back in September 2024 and when they was bringing it in they had broke a hose on the refrigerator the two guys that was delivering said that they will come back the next day or two and fix what was damaged they never did then 2 months later I personally went into the business because they refuse to call my grandmother back they finally came and then come to find out that it was a whole different part on the back of the refrigerator on top of what they broke so they're selling appliances that are still broken and then they tell my grandmother oh we have to order a part here it is a whole month later and she's still trying to get in touch with them and still haven't fixed it I told her she needs a contact the lawyer either they refund her money back or fix...
