Bath County Ace Hardware — Local services in Owingsville

Updating my experiences after a long period working in Kentucky, Ohio, and Georgia regions. I was not impressed with what I saw at Ace Hardware and felt that they to be very frankly weren't deserving of the 4.4 star that has been bestowed upon them. I felt that staff were really sassy and very impatient (and I tend to be a really naturally comfortable individual). Ace Hardware needs people who are comfortable with a customer-comes-first mentality, something which other locations have in my experience. This place did NOT have that and I felt couldn't compete with other Ace locations.

I look forward to taking my business elsewhere and - when I am working in construction in the region - most definitely not doing...

Went Monday to get suet that they had on sale. There was none They said they get a truck on Tuesday. I called on Wednesday morning and asked if they got the suet on sale in they said they did.
