Cape Air — Local services in Owls Head

I honestly had the most horrific experience of my life and I am just so thankful for all the people at cape air rockland and Boston for their help! Our flight was delayed an hour and that meant we only had an hour to get to our connecting flight with our suitcases. We really needed them due to meds inside them but also we were going back to london. (If I had booked the flight I defo wouldn’t have picked that time that is for sure! Hahaa The ladies there totally reassured me that it would be fine despite it being thanksgiving week and could of been manic at the airport. Once we got to our gate which was super easy (thank god) they called our names and knew who we were and helped us out loads. If that lady at rockland didn’t do an awesome job I don’t know where we would be today. We also were greeted by the loveliest guys on the track who we explained we were travelling again and they said we would do our best to get the suitcase on your next flight. I really hope they do! But I am just so happy with the outcome and my anxiety is now a lot...

Flight got cancelled!! You needed to let the passengers know about 1-2 hours in advance if they fly from Boston. Flight was 6:10 you send an email about cancellation at 5:21 this is not cool! Do better job...
