Do not trust this shop with unethical sales practices. Eric Berg sold me a vintage painting which had damage that he did not disclose when I asked, and then he shipped the piece with extremely poor wrapping/packing on purpose, so that this way the painting would suffer even more damage, which it did. Eric Berg kept the money compensation from the UPS insurance, plus the money I had originally paid, a total of just under $3,000, and I ended up with a defective and broken art piece which was sold to me under false pretenses and NOT as described. While I was trying to fix this messy situation, Eric Berg kept lying to me and to my bank about the status of the insurance claim, which he had already cashed. I confronted Eric Berg via email and phone calls, but he is no longer responding. He vanished. When you look at this business’ review on the Better Business Bureau website and several other online websites, you can see that Eric Berg has done this before. I ordered a lithograph online at the beginning of March. After 2 or 3 weeks a package finally arrived and it was the wrong item. After talking to Eric I sent the package to the correct owner. After another couple of weeks I contacted him because I still hadn’t received my lithograph. He said he forgot I sent the box to the other owner.

I had to remind him yet again to ship it. I received a tracking number from USPS that said they were waiting for the package to be dropped off. After a week I contacted Eric again and he said the post office must have lost the package. If it doesn’t show up by the end of the week he’ll refund my money.

A month later (2.5 months total) after no package and repeated calls and emails for a refund of $300+ I have yet to see either. I’ve put 10 times the effort into getting resolution to this as they have. One of the worst retail experiences...
