Grocery Outlet — Local services in Pace

Have shopped at this store for years, even when it was opened up as Pic n Save! Don't think that I will be going back after my last experience. Note: it is not about the $2.20 that I am out (it is almost not worth the effort of writing this) It is the Principal and my conversation with the manager which made me feel very small! Shopped and purchase items to make 2 pound cakes that night. Set my 4 tied bags on my floorboard, then took directly to my cleared counter-tops. Immediately set bags out to get room Temp and realized that I was short a cream cheese. So, I called the store (so I could get my husband to drop by and get) to let them know that one of 2 purchased was not in my bag. The management had to review the camera's, which was fine. So a guy calls me right back and says that the manager reviewed the tapes and said that the cream cheese was place in your bag and buggy. I asked to speak to the manager: Again he told me same thing, so I asked the question of why was it not in my bag... Where did it go? (As I tie my bags when I take them out of the buggy). So I checked my floorboard again, just to be sure). I explained to manager that it was the principal and I felt like I was not trustworthy. The manager told me " That he can't help what happens to it when it leaves the store".. It is not about the $2.20 extra that I paid for something that I did not receive... It is the way that the manager (Chris Sast, I beleive) made me feel... He made me feel very small and not trustworthy over $2.20. I explained to him how long and often, that I have shopped at this store. It shocked me that he was so willing to lose a customer and possibly others for $2.20. I plan on reviewing the tape as well at my convenience. Because it ended up somewhere, besides in my bag. Unfortunate, as I will miss shopping at...

Today I stopped to pick up a few things for Dinner at the Pace Florida location. When I entered the store there was a buggy with dried peas and canned marinara sauce in it. The large sign on the buggy said "This Buggy".50 cent a much smaller sign said peas 1.57. When I reached the register the peas totaled up 1.57. I asked the cashier about the price thinking if they were a different price why did the large sign say This Buggy .50 cent...? She called what I'm assuming was a Manager who came up to verify what the issue was. Her abruptness to me was accusatory Asking very rudely" Did you not see the small sign? I stated yes I did but the other sign said " This buggy .50 cent" . I ask her if she should have to sell the product for the 50 cent price..She said "NO" she didn't and I told the cashier to take them off..I walked over to take two pictures for this review and she said " That b!+@# is taking pictures now...Grocery Outlet This is what you hired to Manage your store...I feel that the products should have been in different places if the cost was different..I consider this false advertisement. By the time a Mom just trying to shop for her family realizes that the peas were 1.57 and not .50 cent it's to late...Not to mention the Vulgar statement to a shopper...another lady actually said you should let someone know about this....so here we are Grocery Outlet...

I gave one stare because you have too.. I used to shop here bc I just moved to pace fl and was looking for a cheaper place to do my groucery shopping... well today I had a lady yell at me to get all my stuff on the belt be4 pushing my cart past the register (do note small ials cant squize by my buggy to get my wallet and rest of my stuff.) I asked do u have a scanner I will scan these for you? She cautioned to yell at me that she needs all my stuff that she dont have a "magic wond' what ever that is? I said ma'am I was just asking she got very rude and then the rest of the staff just hurried over like I was making a big deal over asking a question or like I was gonna steal by pushing it past the register to get around my buggy.. I will never shop here again. Neither will non of my family. I dont do good with being disrespected in public by a drugged put women on work release in front of my son.. they need to hire better staff that u feel comfortable around not drug addicts that peer over ur shoulder when u pull ur wallet out. To see if I use food...
