My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch yesterday and we were really looking forward to some authentic Mexican food. I had the 3 birria tacos and a pork tamale and my boyfriend ordered the steak quesadilla. The service was quick considering everything is cooked to order and the man who took our order was polite and helpful. However, the food was a letdown and the picnic table we sat at had leftover dried food on it. It was a windy day and the umbrellas on the tables were wobbly and not secured properly. The presentation of the food was lovely and visually appetizing but there was a severe lack of flavor. The pork tamale was small and had very little seasoning. The tacos were a bit oily and all I could taste was the onion and cilantro, not because there were too many toppings but because the meat was bland. There was a green sauce that came with the quesadilla my boyfriend ordered and it tasted sweet but had no flavor other than sugar. I will say that the chicken consommƩ that came with the birria tacos was delicious. Definitely the best...

Syrenita Food Truck makes authentic Mexican food! Their tacos are amazing! My family and I get their food several times a month, there's so much to choose from! Best of all- everything but the quesadillas (made with flour tortillas) are gluten free! My personal favorites are shrimp tacos, pork tamales, ribs and "shrimp box"- it's grilled shrimp, Mexican rice, black beans, cucumber slices, and fresh salsa. It's delicious and a huge portion, I have 2 meals in it for me. Everything is made fresh, you can taste it! It's all so delicious! Oh, and if you don't know what "birria" tacos are- I recommend you ask! My son loves the chicken "birria" tacos and shrimp tacos. He gets them for lunch 2-3 times a week lol! My hubby loves the freshly made tamales. Everything is delicious! Check them out- you won't regret it! They're in Pace, and have a cute little picnic area to sit if you don't want to just grab and go. Also, they're on Door Dash...

We always drive by this place and finally stopped to grab some dinner tonight with my teens, and are so glad that we did! The person who took our order, (not sure if he was the owner or employee), but he was so nice! He let us try all of their different sauces so we could see which we liked, answered questions about the menu, and was very welcoming!

We ordered the steak burrito, spicy pork burrito, and 2 beef quesabirria and one chicken. The burritos weighed a few pounds and were delicious! The rice was flavored really well, the steak perfect, and the spicy pork was outstanding! (Just a little spice- rated E for everyone). The quesabirria came with a large bowl of the birria sauce and it was also fantastic, not too heavy and greasy, with a hint of citrus.

Everything was just A+,...

Been dying to try this place and OMGNESS what I have been missing. Today, I tried the spicy pork Taco and the tamales. The pork was not too spicy and plenty of meat. The right amount of spicy. The corn tortilla was lightly fried to make it Xtra yummy. The tamales were FAT AND FULL OF MEAT AND FLAVOR, HORRAY!!! My new local GO TO Can't wait to go back and try more. NOTE: They are closed Monday and Tuesday. Something I didn't know. Update: 07/05/23 went back and tried the chicken tacos w cheese, steak tacos, Mexican sausage Taco (Chorizo) which is homemade, spicy pork taco and of course my Favorite tamale, and once again the food was out of this world authentic, delicious and tacos were full of meat! Never disappointed. You are missing out on some GREAT FOOD if you don't stop by!
