We had purchased a queen size bed from there and loved the product. So we decided to purchase bunk beds from there. We loved it and it was easy to put together until we saw it came with 4 metal wire and made the mattress sink in without my children laying and not bunkie boards. When I called they wasn't going to give me a refund and wanted me to spend $50 per bunkie boards. I didn't agree with that and they decided to give me a refund. We wasn't told when we purchased that it didn't come with bunkie boards. When I called about my refund and how I was going to get it, I got smarted off by a employee saying that he has never dealt with a customer like me before and he didn't appreciate it at all. What kind of place would say that to a paying customer whether or not getting a refund? We wanted cash back because we was going to get new bunk beds that came with bunkie boards. I didn't appreciate it and when my husband asked to talk to the owner via phone, the owner got smart and told us that we either had to get the refund they wanted to do or get out of her store. The employee was laughing at us thinking we was being funny and got smart with my husband when we was complaining on the service that we had received. What kind of place that small would do that? We will never return to that place even if it was the last store...

Great selection of furniture and bedding. Customer service lacked some today for us though. Came on a previous date and found a mattress set we really liked. We live an hour away so we called up the day before returning and purchased the mattress. When we got there they did not have the box springs. Then, they pulled the mattress and there was a blue stain. Nothing horrible, but not what you like to see when purchasing a new mattress. We were told they had another one at their storage facility a few miles away. Followed worker there.... no mattress. Drove all of the way back to the store. While discussing what we could do to fix it worker left to help another customer even though we had been there over an hour by this time.... all to pick up a mattress we had already purchased and planned on just stopping by to pick up. They did offer us a discount on the mattress with the small stain and we finally got loaded up. Was a little more frustrated though on way home because the mattress got a little wet because we hit the rain we were trying to beat, which we would have if the mattress was ready to go when we initially showed...

Would literally give this place -10 stars if I could just because we were absolutely lied to, and manipulated into buying the WORST mattress of all time!!! We bought a bedroom suite. We also bought a mattress and box springs. We told the girl we wanted firm, but she talked us into this mattress we have been stuck with for a year now. Tomorrow we are buying a new mattress thank God!!! Anyway, we had to go back and pick up one of the nightstands a few days later, and the girl's I believe to be sister told us that the mattress we bought was literally the softest mattress they had.
