It pains me to give a somewhat negative review as we are longtime customers and love our visits to The Shed whenever we are in Paducah. There were several items in their sales display case my son wanted to purchase but when we asked about them, we were told they weren't tagged for sale yet. When I politely asked when they might be for sale, they told me they didn't know, they had other things to do first and it wasn't a priority. I understand those running a business are busy. I worked in retail management for 8 years myself. I was just floored that we were made to feel like we were interrupting their day and that making a sale wasn't a priority. Common sense tells me that if something isn't for sale, it shouldn't be on the sales floor to begin with. My son is autistic and had a very difficult time understanding the whole confusing situation. I hope we can visit again in the next week or so and have a more positive experience like we have in the past. It isn't my wish to turn people off of shopping this business because it is a really fun place with very unique items, but as a parent and a consumer, I had to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently went to The Shed and my experience was as follows. The best thing about my visit was nothing to do with the place. Yes, it has some hidden treasures in there I am sure. But the real treasure is one you could not take with you. Paytyn Long would be the best thing about my visit to the store. She is a bombshell of a young lady! Maybe more like a Nuclear bomb... She was stunningly beautiful and everything you would want out of a woman these days. She has the Entrepreneur spirit in her to hustle and make money seems to hold herself with high moral standing and is all around just a woman of your dreams... Guys I am not joking. This is the kind of woman Kings went to war over. Troy would fall all over again if possible. The man who snagged her deserves a Super Bowl ring. Now when you stop in try not to drool when having her show you the booths. If thrifting is not your thing she is a realtor at KW. I have never wanted to house searching so badly... Anyways ladies and gentlemen keep it respectful to this Queen...

Bought this in decent shape. Was supposed to be $45 but when I got up to the counter, after they swiped my car before hitting approve they said āthere would a 3% charge for credit unless I used debit.ā So I said āletās use debit then insteadā and apparently she hit approve instead of cancel and charged me the full 3% credit after taxes making it $49. I said āI was hoping not to pay that muchā all I got was a āsorry about thatā no attempt to cancel the order or make it right. All they had to do was give me the 3% back in cash or take it off the sale and Iād be happy but nope. Iām more upset that they didnāt even try to make it right. I still took the item but paid more then I should have. So be careful. Donāt let them hit approve when you say letās use a different payment method. Donāt know if Iāll be back because I want to know...
