KOHLER Store by Studio41 — Local services in Palatine Township

We worked with Studio 41 related to a complete remodel of our master bathroom. They were recommended by the design and build firm we hired. As part of this project, we worked exclusively with Erin Di Sandro as our sales representative. Studio 41 provided most of our products to complete the remodel, including under mount sinks, faucets and drains, shower controllers and sprays, standalone bathtub, bath filler, toilets, towel warmers (so happy we got these!), and decorative mirrors with recessed cabinets.

We were drawn to Studio 41 based on the incredible breadth of their product offerings and their ability to be a “one stop shop” to fulfill most of our product needs. Their store was amazing! I always felt comfortable browsing throughout the store, trying out different bathtubs, looking at different finishes, and making sure we were confident with our selections. I’m sure I visited the store 10+ times as we were making many product selections.

Early on in our project we selected one sales representative to work with for all of our project needs. This is critical as they have such a dizzying assortment of products. We were fortunate to have selected Erin to help us. She was phenomenal! She is very knowledgeable about their product lines and offered great advice. Erin also complimented the work and advice from our designer. She gave us another perspective and was exceptional at doing the research necessary to ensure the choices we made were compatible with our overall design and the parameters and dimensions of our home. Erin was patient and offered advice on what was best for US, rather than self-serving advice on what was best for Studio 41. We find this type of service to be refreshingly different from other companies we have had experienced. Since starting our project, I’ve had several other questions and sought advice from Erin on other projects (primarily related to our second home) and she has been great help with this too.
