Again, top shelf, professional staff! A definite bonus of your staff retention is the patient-centered continuity. This is important! My initial injury was 4/21 & all radiology follow-up has been at the Putnam Radiology facility. It's no minor bonus to walk in & see familiar faces...staff that remember my name and have compassion for my 'now chronic' neurological condition. It's discouraging enough to be going through these painful changes; being surrounded by individuals who treated me with respect.
My saga hasn't changed much since my 1st entry below. Despite that, I reiterate, the entire staff at Putnam Radiology was exceptional 6/27/22.

Read moreExcept for once several yrs ago, after many great yrs there, before this current staff, the newer staff Ithat served me seems at least equally as skillful & awesome as the ones I had for perhaps decades that I truly liked ND appreciate, very courteous, delightful, attentive, knowledgeable, prompt, & fit to be highly recommended to all others who ask about a great radiology center, especially since I was told that by the nice thorough scanner that the great highly intelligent manager who assisted us in getting me to G'ville for a comparison scan that hadn't changed in yrs is still there; thus, my husband and I greatly admired & appreciate him forever. Read moreMy name was called out on time and the lady who carried out my CT scan was very polite and efficient. However I was very disappointed with the reception staff. A gentlemen using two walking sticks who came in after me was so obviously disabled. He was handed his clipboard, paperwork and pen and was juggling how to manage to carry them while using to sticks. 3 receptionists and not one of them offered to assist him. I went across to carry them for him while he shuffled to his chair. I also took his paperwork and pen back to the reception staff. More empathy needed by reception.
