Fort Matanzas National Monument Inlet East Parking Lot — Local services in Palm Coast

This is an easy access to the Mantanzas Beach. There is parking for about 50 cars here, however it does fill up quickly on the weekends and many weekdays. Some people will park along the grassy highway front, but I'm not sure this is legal and you make it a parking ticket. The Mantanzas fort rangers patrol this parking lot. The wooden walkway is well kept up and makes easy access to the beach. The beach and the ramp is flush with the sand so this may not be a bad place for someone who is handicapped or disabled. This is a wonderful and tranquil spot. You can take a stroll between the East and West parking lots under the bridge.
