I hate to leave even one star here. I dropped two 3 week old baby racoons off and they were snatched from me and thrown out Luke trash then told they probably had rabies and would he put down. I felt so horrible for them because I thought I was giving them a chance to grow up and be set free when they were old enough and they gad no intentions of doing so. The babies had no rabies and I am certain they didn't. I am completely disgusted the way those babies were handled amd by the decision that I made to trust them. I will never forgive myself for this. I have no faith in you guys at all after what I saw and the rude way I was spoken to when I was begging her not to kill them. I am completely lost and empty inside knowing that you are so nasty to animals that are so innocent and just need love and care for them to make it. How hard is that? I have brought many animals but not anymore. I would much rather drive hours than take an animal to this place. Its death row and there is no care for an innocent animal....

I’m disappointed in this place. It’s a very different wildlife hospital from when I volunteered for 6 months 10 years ago. Not only do they euthanize most animals on the spot, but they also no longer give updates on animals that have been surrendered for rehabilitation or injuries. Which is very disheartening for those of us who deeply care about the animal’s life and well-being.

I don’t recommend bringing a raccoon or squirrel here... If they’re babies and the hospital is otherwise full, they’ll euthanize on the spot. If it’s an adult and has some kind of head injury or broken limb, they won’t even TRY to save its life. It’s not “worth the resources”. It sucks that this is the only rehabilitation site that’s conveniently located in Brevard county, but I’m going to try my hardest to find somewhere else with more integrity to bring...

I found a baby racoon in my gutter.he didn't have his eyes open yet. So I took him there so they would take care of him! I want to know how this little racoon I'd doing! They said to write online and they would get back with me...but you haven't responded. I gave you $50.00 to save his life. I hope and pray you didn't throw him away. If you did...you will all stand before God one day and give him an account for what you've do n e! Let's hope God doesn't throw you away! For you know what goes around comes around back on your head. You aren't God...so uou have no right to throw away his Creations. I used a 1/4 ta k of gas to get him to u. I expected you to to take care of him as God's vet's! Let me m now what happened to my baby racoon. I have a Right to know if...

These folks are awesome. I had inherited the task of rescuing two newborn screech owls and I had no idea what to do with them. I called Florida Wildlife Hospital and David returned my call quickly. He asked if I was willing to "renest" the birds. They had a "Nest Box" ready and provided directions on what to do. After filling the nest with dry foliage and placing these helpless birds in the box I left and was hopeful their parents would find them. This morning I was so happy to see Mom standing guard. Thank you so much!!!!

Recently, I encountered a mourning dove with an injured wing that had collided with a balcony window near where I was seated. I was taken aback by the incident. I discovered an animal hospital that provided exceptional assistance and displayed great kindness. I sincerely hope that the dove's wing will heal, allowing it to be released back into the wild to reunite with its mate, as I believe it was searching for it. The mourning dove is among my favorite bird species..

I called the number on the website, had to leave a message and a phone number, about 40 minutes later I think it was I got a phone call from the animal hospital, they verify that it was me that called, we exchanged information and instructions and address, we came to the drop off area, put in the new patient, a baby bird that had fallen out of it's nest, very friendly baby bird by the way, informed the hospital of the drop off and they we're very happy.
