"A LOT" of graffiti in the Men's restroom and: "NO" hand soap and: "HORRIBLE" water pressure on both sinks, one toilet is: "BROKEN" and has been for several weeks now (are they ever going to do anything about it?), "NO" food options (Clocktower Cafe has been closed for years) and there are "NO" vending machines that have food options, the television has read: "Out of Service" for over a month now, how hard is that to fix?...display the AVTA bus schedule/routes or the Metrolink schedule/routes or have ABC 7 on or cartoons or something? Why have heaters above the shelters (the benches in the enclosures along where you wait for the train) if they are: "NEVER" on? It: "ALWAYS" smells of Marijuana here, "ALMOST"...
Read moreI’m here almost every day , the scheduled times online are almost accurate for the buses , you can catch a bus, the metro, greyhound, Amtrak connections, taxis from this station, the waiting area is open most of the day has bathrooms and vending machines, the outside waiting areas for the train have heaters and there’s outlets inside and outside, the only downside I would say is everyone smokes right at the front of the station and it’s annoying because I have small children with asthma and these smokers don’t care , they’ll blow it in your face if they could. There is security there during business hours, they have an office on site and are accessible for questions or concerns. There are restrooms, vending machines, inside air conditioned waiting area. There are commuter buses and also a greyhound ticket window with greyhound connections. Please PLEASE do your research and be aware of changes due to covid, or construction, or mechanical failures which cause delays. Its all part of using Public Transportation.
