We first went to the Cookie Bandit's beautiful website to see what they had to offer. We were surprised to see the extensive array of cookie choices in gorgeous, tasteful, classy baskets and boxes. Whatever you can imagine? If you can dream it, this company can create it. Lisa, the owner, is not only an incredible baker; she is also an extraordinary artist and a true perfectionist.

What we wanted was a way to thank our clients for their patronage. Lisa designed our "typical" thank you gift box. We use the term "typical" loosely, because nothing Lisa does is typical. Her creations are over-the-top beautiful! The bang for your buck is enormous. She exactly replicated our company logo on a cookie that looked perfect.

Always freshly made to order, the cookies are not only beautiful but delicious. From decorated cookies to chocolate covered Oreos, Krispy Treats and pretzels? not to mention the Brookie, which is a brownie with a chocolate chip cookie melted on top. There are also many, many more mouthwatering choices. We send out 3 - 6 thank you boxes per month and the design and taste quality is consistent every time. We frequently receive thank calls and cards praising our "thank you."

We have also engaged the Cookie Bandit for personal use. We have sent many beautiful sympathy, congratulation and birthday baskets over the past year. When we asked our 10 year old boy what kind of cake he wanted for his birthday, without hesitation he requested Cookie Bandit's cookies instead. Specifically, he wanted cookies with the logo symbols of 10 of his favorite automobiles, as well as a mix of other cookies including peanut butter, chocolate covered Oreos and chocolate covered Krispy treats. Neither he nor any of his guests missed having cake at all!

A Lifesaver! The Cookie Bandit Delivers Beyond Expectations!

I cannot express enough gratitude for Lisa at The Cookie Bandit. She is, quite simply, a superhero! I was in an absolute panic when another cookie vendor in Miami completely ghosted me less than a week before a crucial corporate kickoff event. It was July 3rd, 8:30 PM, and I was frantically calling businesses from my home in Kansas City, Missouri, with little to NO hope.

Then, Lisa answered the phone. I was stunned. Not only did she pick up so late, but she immediately put me at ease. She listened intently, understood every single detail of my urgent request, and chatted with me thoroughly about what was needed. It was clear she genuinely cared. We were on the phone for almost two hours working through all of the details of the vision I had for the cookies!

Working on a holiday, Lisa went above and beyond to create the most beautiful and perfect cookies for our event. But her dedication didn't stop there. She drove over 70 miles from her place of business to personally hand-deliver them, ensuring each cookie was individually wrapped with care. Her thoroughness and kindness throughout the entire process were truly exceptional.

As I was planning my daughter's first birthday, I knew i wanted a fun, creative way to thank the guests at the party. I am so happy we chose to give them the beautiful custom cookies that Lisa, at The Cookie Bandit, made for us. They were a huge hit! Not only were they beautiful (the photo on the cookies were flawless, looked exactly like the original photo), they tasted absolutely delicious! They were gorgeous, soft, fresh, and oh so yummy! They were ready and delivered within days of when I ordered. Lisa is so sweet, and extremely professional. I will definitely use her again. The only "bad" thing was that the cookies were so beautiful, that our friends and family were hesitant to eat them!!! Side note: My husband and I had received a beautiful basket made by The Cookie Bandit, after the birth of our daughter. It was jam packed with yummy treats from cookies, to "brookies", rice crispy treats, to chocolate covered Oreos and more! We shared one of everything, because there was so much to choose from!
