I have to say…Yudelka has been serving me at this BK for some time now. She is absolutely exquisite. From the way she cares about me having the sauces and napkins that I may need, to just reminding me that the three orders of fries I received were fresh and hot. I’m 51 years old and have been eating at fast food places my whole life. Yet, I have never been inclined to leave any kind of comment or review on either the service or quality of the food. The main reason is because I’ve never come across a person or a Burger King location that I actually thought cared about their customers. Yudelka clearly is passionate about customers and what she does. The amazing thing is that she’s very good at making people feel good. My career is in Human Resources. For me to sit here in my vehicle outside the Burger King just to write this review on here Should speak volumes of how she made me feel with a level of customer service, she provided me. It would be totally wrong to leave out Edward, a newer addition to this Burger King location. I don’t know if the training got better, or Yudelka has rubbed off on the employees at this location, or the hiring manager started focusing more on customer service, but clearly someone is doing something right. I truly hope that Yudelka and Edward get the amazing recognition that they absolutely deserve. I would hate to think that I sat in this parking lot, writing all this, and letting my fries get cold (totally worth it in this case), and that some Mgr.) is going to read this and just give them a pat on the back. Read moreI recently stopped by the Burger King at the corner of SW 152nd Street & 117th Avenue and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, Manager Yudelka welcomed me with a genuine smile and made it clear she takes pride in running a clean, efficient establishment. She personally checked that my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it, offered thoughtful menu suggestions, and even asked if there was anything else she could do to improve my visit. Her leadership sets the tone for an upbeat, customer-focused atmosphere.
But the real highlight was Evangely, she went above and beyond at every turn. Not only did she handle a complex special request without missing a beat, she remembered my preference for extra crispy fries and even offered a sample of the new spicy chicken sandwich. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail turned a simple meal into a delightful experience. Kudos to Yudelka for fostering such a positive environment, and a huge shout out to Evangely for making this Burger King visit one I’ll be recommending...
Read moreSlow. Incredibly slow. We did a family trip to the zoo yesterday and my little brother was hungry from the jump. Zoo food is expensive and most of the time kinda gross. When we saw that there was a bk on the way, we decided to pick some up.
The line wasn't long at all but the wait was. It seemed to be for no particular reason. We were there early but they reassured us that while they didn't start serving lunch until 11, some things were available all day long, including what my brother wanted.
The wait time in the drive thru, when there was ONE car in front of us and we had a very small and simple order was inordinate. No one checked on us or updated us. If you don't get chicken nuggets, which he didn't, the sauces are a quarter each which would have been good to know when we were ordering... Thanks.
