I would give no stars if possible. This place just ruined my son's designer hoodie. It clearly says on the label to not iron and they still went ahead and ironed it leaving a crease. In the process, they cracked and smeared the graphics on the sleeve. Instead of taking any type of responsibility the owner proceeded to tell us that it was cheap material but didnt even address the lack of reading the labels care instructions. We took it there trusting that they would read the labels and take care of it but that was not the case. They were not even sympathetic in any way. We really didn't expect them to pay for it since it is an expensive hoodie but not even a sorry for doing a terrible job and not reading the labels.
